We had our heater serviced by Elliott on Friday, and I just wanted to place on record what a pleasure it was to have him on site. He was extremely courteous, thorough and informative. A credit to himself and the company.

Following our move to our new stair and stairpart manufacturing facility, we needed a heating solution that made use of the waste timber product that we produce. From the outset, we set about discussions with Talbott's, who are long-established and have a reputation for good quality products like ourselves.It was important to us to ensure that the correct equipment was specified and following a site survey, Talbott's recommended that we opt for the T500 Woodburner. We are delighted to have recently completed the installation.

Wilsonart and Talbott’s cooperated to land a project meeting our fundamental requirements of Safety, on cost, on schedule, on performance. All targets were met with no interruption to the business. A big thank you to all involved.

We have had a recent service on our boilers here at Principle Spira in Leicestershire, and am following up on some repair work noted on the service sheet.
